what do i need to do

iv live at cumberland crossing sent i start this blog and when we moved in we did a walk through and ask if thing like the side glass door would be fixed i ask many time for it to get fix i have when we moved in i talk to the leasing manger and ask many times. i was told that this until was one of the moble units i can see how that is because of the dis repair condition it is init need a lot of work. i call last week to ask for someone ti fix the garbage despolable no one have come. it been a week.

car is gone

after it took so long to get a mail box key and the stuff i request to get fixed when we moved in still is not fixed they have tow our car after many time of me talking to them about tring to get it fixed.
now i wonder how much longer it will be to fix the door and the other thing around the apt

im here i had to get an account for the power compy to move in so i did that and i still dont have a key to the mail box.

ok i been here 6 weeks i think and i dont have a key to the mail box.
the stuff i ask to be fix is not fix yet.
and the guy who liveing below us i think is stealing power from the complax.we where told that this apt was the modle apt i wonder if anyone open the door to the pouch. i know we cant.

still not mail box key

i have been here about 3 weeks and i still dont have a key to the mail box. i would like to get my mail. i need to see the power bill. and i have a Netfilx dvd in the mail box. need to know i m paying $9 a month for that. aleat they have the online sever. im also waiting for them to fix some stuff in the apt. most is very small but the slideing glass door is a concent.

have totaly moved in to cumberland crossing i have left woodchase behine mostly all that left is to pay the move out fees. yestday i talk to the lease office here about some of the stuff that need fixed. i hope they well fix them soon.

bathroom

i tried to ask a shower and when i when to turn the water on the fasit was licking.
the sliding glass door is still not fixed. i need to call the office about the need repair

moving in

last night we the first night we slept at Cumberland crossing last night. still moving in. the washer and dryer are having trouble fitting into the room i think some of the seccer gate and the door code r not working and the sliding glass door still need to be fixed. im hoping to get thing fixed soon. we have started to set up the master bed room. i m trying to look for a bed and other stuff for gabby room. my plan is a fairy theam for her room.
i m also hope to chage all the light in the apt to l e d. that should save on the power bill.
the last apt the gas was 100 a month the power bill was also 100 the cable 200 so monthly untils where 400 a month

as of now the cable bill is 120 that an $80 saving. we well see what the rest is soon

day two

today i got a hold of the leasing office and ask to have the sliding door fix and the lights in the kitchen. i also ask why the price on our lease is different the the price we were hold when we look at the apartment. it seem the even those i had said i don't need a fireplace or want a fireplace it seem we have a fireplace which cost more. i m hoping the door with be fixed soon so we can move more stuff in.
i know the building is old but i think the building has a major problem with erosion and the foundation is settling.

our frist day

today we started moving in. the sliding glass door need to be fixed. i try calling the office today but they where closed and for now it should be fine. the light in the kitchen is about the burn out. the main door to the building was ported open and need to be checked or we need to ask about. the porch need work as well as the landscaping.
